I use brown Henna mixed only wiyh natural ingrediants to form a paste which is then applied to the skin. Henna produces a Brown/ Red dye result on the skin which lasts 10 days to 2 weeks. It has antiseptic properties and is refreshing and cooling on the skin.

Step1):- After Henna paste is applied to the skin wait 10-15 minutes untill the paste appears a matt color and loses its shine (while waiting either stand in the sun or using heat from a source like hair dryer or public toilets hand dryer as heat helps the Henna paste release its dye into the skin)

Step2):-The lemon Solution (I spray on you). (The citric acid in the lemon solution is essential in helping the Henna release its dye into the skin)

Step 3):- It is best to leave the Henna paste (now set Hard) on for 12-24 hours! It is important to only take the paste off with the mustard oil I give you in a little container or an oil made from organic matter such as olive or vegetable oil.

Note:- Henna is a natural sun block if sun burnt leaves design on longer like zinc. Also if leaving overnight maybe wrap design with toilet paper or make a patch with sticky tape over tissue paper to avoid sheets etc being stained unnecessarilily

*Do not wash with anything even water for about 5 hours after taking paste off

*The true color of artwork won't develop for up to 48 hours after removing the Henna paste.

If you follow this procedure correctly and depending on how you look after it Henna Art should last 10 days to 2 weeks

Things that effect the lasting ability of Henna design is washing dishes (use gloves), harsh soaps (keep out of way of shower) cleaners, chlorine etc
